By accessing or using ComoSelect, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
ComoSelect is a photo selection platform that allows photographers to share galleries with their clients and receive feedback. The service currently includes:
ComoSelect is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Free features available at the time of any such change will be communicated in advance.
Access to ComoSelect requires signing in with a Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your name and email address from Google for authentication purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree to use ComoSelect only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to ComoSelect. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your clients.
We do not claim ownership of your photos and will not use them for any purpose other than operating the service. We do not sell, license, or share your content with third parties.
When you share a gallery link with a client, that client can view photos and interact with the gallery (flag, star, add notes) without creating an account. You are responsible for ensuring that your clients have consented to having their selections and email address stored in connection with your project.
ComoSelect displays advertisements through Google AdSense on the photographer dashboard to support the free service. Ads are not shown to clients accessing shared gallery links. By using the service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed and that Google may use cookies in connection with those ads.
The ComoSelect name, logo, interface, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Alberto Rodella. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.
We aim to keep ComoSelect available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using ComoSelect, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
ComoSelect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alberto Rodella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or €0 if the service was provided free of charge).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of ComoSelect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brescia, Italy.
